Testimonials:
“Kids yoga training with Paolo was super fun! We learned games to play with little ones and easy guided meditations to help calm them down. Kid friendly poses were covered, as well as ways to modify certain poses for kids and which ones might be better to avoid. We all got a great workout when we took turns leading a kids sequence and spent the last moments of class completely relaxed in Yoga Nidra. Our creative juices were flowing, we all created new games or stories and shared them with each other. After the training I felt ready to share the light of yoga with young yogis anywhere.“

“I thoroughly enjoyed my training weekend with Paolo. I learned lots (being a preschool teacher for a decade and a veteran yogi myself) about how to make a kids class the best it could be. I think this training is great as it is cost effective, the manual and information provided was very concrete and informative, and it was great to spend a weekend with like-minded people. Paolo is a wealth of knowledge and I learned lots for myself, as well as taking home an abundance of ideas to use within a group of children! I think it's particularly useful if you work directly with children or are planning to use it in a classroom :)”

“I did my yoga sequence this afternoon to my 4/5 year old kids. They loved it and it was very interesting to see them. Some are not ready yet to concentrate and be still on their mat, and others were pretty good! I definitely will go on with them! It is so amazing to teach yoga to my K- class.
I am very grateful to you Paolo to open my soul toward yoga!”

“Oh my god! I am so excited to share my first yoga experience in my class with you guys! First of all, I knew it wouldn't be easy. I have all kinds of pre teenager attitude or laughing for no reason attitude in my class. I decided to ignore this behavior completely and go on with my 15 minutes "class" I had planned.
The ball was a huge hit! It helped the kids with their breathing! Then I did my 5-7 minutes flow with some poses. No one hit their heads on their desks! 5 poses was enough for this first time. Then I ended with one minute meditation. You guys! I didn't believe it! I wish I had had a camera to take a picture of ALL of them super quiet, no moving at all for.... TWO full minutes and they wanted more! It was awesome! And the one kid I was the most "worried" about said at the end that he doesn't like silence... That says a lot!
I will totally do a few minutes of meditation every day for sure! I loved loved it!”
